Environmental Clean Up / Demolition of Buildings – 1725 Walnut Avenue, Springfield Township
The Township of Springfield will receive sealed Bids for the Environmental Clean Up / Demolition of Buildings – 1725 Walnut Avenue, Springfield Township as delineated in the plans and specifications until 10:00am (prevailing time) on the 9th day of October 2026, at the Springfield Township Municipal Building at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Contract Documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, are on file at the Springfield Township Municipal Building, 1510 Paper Mill Road, Wyndmoor, PA 19038, where they may be inspected at any time during working hours.
Physical copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained for a payment of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) to Springfield Township for each set of Documents so obtained. PDF copies of the plans can be obtained for free by emailing jdepaul@springfieldmontco.org.
All bidders are invited to attend a MANDATORY Pre-bid Meeting to be held at 10:00am (prevailing time) on Wednesday, September 30th, 2026, at Springfield Township Municipal Offices at 1510 Paper Mill Road, Wyndmoor, PA 19038.

Park Lawn Mowing Services - Passive and Athletic Mowing
Springfield Township, Montgomery County, PA is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform lawn mowing services for Township-owned properties designated for Athletic Mowing and Passive Mowing services. The successful contractor shall supply all tools, equipment, materials and labor in accordance with Township Specifications.
