The Board of Commissioners welcomes resumes and letters of interest from residents who wish to serve as volunteer members of township advisory boards and commissions such as the Planning Commission, Park and Recreation Advisory Board or Library Board of Directors.
Alternatively, you can send a letter of interest or resume to the attention of Mr. Michael Taylor, Township Manager, 1510 Paper Mill Road, Wyndmoor, PA 19038 or email mtaylor@springfieldmontco.org, in order that you may be considered for appointment as openings occur.

Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee - 1 Student Representative
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee is accepting applications for one (1) student representative. These candidates should be a Junior or Senior as of the 2025-2026 school year at any Springfield high school (public or private). The students must be residents of Springfield Township.
Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee advises the Board of Commissioners on the goals and objectives of the Township's parks and recreation programs and serves as a sounding board for the recreational needs of our residents.
