Biography:

Commissioner Ratsavong was elected to the Board of Commissioners in 2021 and is an attorney turned stay-at-home mom to two children being raised in the Township. She is originally from Northeast Ohio, but moved to the greater Philadelphia area in 2012. 

Ms. Ratsavong has worked in law and advocacy on issues such as immigration and support for small business. Susie holds a J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where she was jointly studying for a Masters of Urban Planning, Design, and Development, at Cleveland State University, and B.A. in American Politics and minor in Business from the University of Akron, in Ohio, her home state. Susie is a first-generation Lao-American. She lives in Wyndmoor with her husband (a Marine veteran), two kids, and two dogs.
