Spring cleaning is in full-swing! On Sunday, May 18th, State Representatives Napoleon Nelson and Ben Sanchez will be hosting a free Paper Shredding & Electronics Recycling event! Bring your boxes or bags of paper as well as electronics to Reform Congregation Keneseth Israel on 8339 Old York Road in Elkins Park, PA between 10am and 12pm.
Event organizers kindly ask that you limit your paper haul to 3 boxes per vehicle.
Keep in mind that there are restrictions on which household electronics CANNOT be recycled. Those include microwaves, large kitchen appliances, air conditioners, (de)humidifiers, CRT monitors, light bulbs and medical equipment.
