TOWNSHIP OFFICES & FREE LIBRARY CLOSED
Springfield Township offices and operations will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026 in observance of Memorial Day. The Township Administration will also observe a 2PM dismissal/closure on Friday, May 22nd.
The Free Library of Springfield Township will be closed May 23, 24, and 25. The Library's Book Drop will be closed during that time as well.
The Library will reopen Tuesday following normal business hours. Township Administration will be operating summer business hours, reopening at 8:00AM on Tuesday, May 26th.
MODIFIED TRASH & LEAF COLLECTION
There will be no refuse, recycling, or leaf waste collection on Monday, May 25, 2026.
Trash, recycle and leaf waste regularly scheduled for Monday collection will be picked up on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. There could be a slight delay in leaf waste pickup. In the event that leaf waste on the Monday route is not collected on Tuesday, residents should leave their leaf waste out at the curb until it is collected.
