Springfield Township is currently accepting resumes and letters of interest for an advisory board vacancy on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee.
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee advises the Board of Commissioners by reviewing the policies and procedures that will encourage year-round active and passive recreation programs for all Township residents. The committee works in cooperation with the Parks and Recreation Department in regards to different recreational projects, events and facilities/parks.
The Springfield Township Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee meets on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
