NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER 9th AND BUDGET REVIEW PERIOD.

Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Springfield Township, Montgomery County, PA, in compliance with Section 1701 of the Pennsylvania First Class Township Code, as last amended, of a proposed 2021 budget of $17,223,096 with a real estate tax rate of 4.516 mills, an earned income tax rate of 1.0%, and an annual refuse service fee of $236.59. 

As part of the business meeting of the Board of Commissioners on December 9, 2020 at 7:30, PM, the Board will hold a public hearing and will accept comments on the proposed 2021 Budget. All meetings and hearings will be held via the Zoom virtual meeting platform. The Budget is scheduled to be adopted on December 9, 2020 immediately following the Business Meeting on the same date.

The Budget will available for review beginning at 5:00 PM on November 13, 2020 in the office of the Township Manager, 1510 Paper Mill Road, Wyndmoor, during usual business hours. The proposed budget is also available for review in the Township Library, 8900 Hawthorne Lane, Wyndmoor.

Tentative 2021 Budget Adoption Hearing
