Refuse/Highway Laborer: Summer Seasonal Position – 2021

Springfield Township is accepting letters of interest for the Refuse/Highway Laborer Summer Seasonal Position. This is an hourly position with a daily work schedule 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday, for a total of 40 hours/week, April through August.
Individuals will work under the close supervision of the Director of Public Works. Responsibilities include collecting, emptying and returning refuse and recycling containers to the curb, as well as cleaning and maintaining refuse vehicles, equipment, and other related duties (see website ‘Employment Opportunity’ section for further details).
Note: Applicants to be at least 18 years of age on their first date of employment
