The Springfield Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at a future Board of Commissioners meeting to receive testimony regarding a proposed zoning code amendment that would establish a 45 day deadline for the issuance of use and occupancy certificates, and tolling of zoning relief under specified conditions. The general public is welcome to provide feedback on the proposed zoning code change at that time.
