In-Person Township Meetings Resume July 1

After hosting over a year's worth of virtual public meetings through the Zoom virtual conferencing platform, the Springfield Township Board of Commissioners have announced that the Board of Commissioners and all Township Advisory Boards will resume in-person meetings starting on July 1, 2021. Please be aware that several meeting locations have temporarily changed.

Advisory Board Meeting Schedules and Locations:

Board of Commissioners

• Business meeting on the second Wednesday of every month, 7:30pm
• Workshop meeting on the Monday prior to the second Wednesday of every month, 7:00pm
• Administration Building: Large Meeting Room

Emergency Services Board

• First Wednesday of every third month, 7:00pm
• Administration Building: Large Meeting Room

Environmental Advisory Commission

• Fourth Wednesday of every month, 7:00pm
• Administration Building: Large Meeting Room

Historical Commission

• First Tuesday of every month, 6:00pm
• Administration Building: Caucus Room/Conference Room A

 Library Advisory Committee

• Fourth Tuesday of every other month, 7:00pm
• Free Library of Springfield Township

Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee

• First Wednesday of every month, 7:00pm
• Administration Building: Large Meeting Room

Planning Commission

• First and third Tuesdays (as needed) every month, 7:00pm
• Administration Building: Large Meeting Room

Police Civil Service Commission

• As needed and announced

Shade Tree Commission

• Fourth Thursday of every month, 7:00pm
