Stormwater Public Education Workshop, Feb. 25

Residents are invited to learn from Springfield Township's Engineer and Staff about stormwater in our community at a free public education workshop on Saturday, February 25th. This educational workshop will take place from 9am to 12pm at the Township Administration Building. Pre-registration is Required (please see below for details).

Topics to be discussed include;

• Stormwater management basics such as watershed information, floodplains, stormwater infrastructure
• The history of stormwater management and the Township's MS4 obligations
• Stormwater management design, including collection, conveyance and treatment
• Steps that property owners can take now to address flooding and help prevent it from happening
