Springfield Township's Finance Department is responsible for the overall financial management of the Township and supports all departments.
2025 Township Budget Information
At the December 11, 2024 Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Springfield Township, the Board conducted a Budget Hearing and adopted the 2025 Operating Budget for the Township.
The 2025 Real Estate Millage Rate will increase from 4.516 to 4.650 mills and is the first such increase in three (3) years. As a result of the increase in the millage rate, the typical household with a $175,400 property assessment will realize an increase of $23.50 to their real estate tax.
