How Do I...?

Go Solar

Springfield Township will showcasing the power of solar by participating in the American Solar Energy Society's National Solar Tour this fall! The Tour is an amazing opportunity for anyone interested in learning more about residential solar by enabling the general public to visit participating residences in the township who have volunteered to showcase their solar panels and/or other green/sustainability features like EV’s as a "stop" on the Springfield Township Solar Tour.

We already have a few residences signed up to participate as part of the Springfield Township tour, but we still need more households with solar panels and/or green/sustainability amenities to volunteer to serve as "stops" on the Township tour.

Be a Host at the Upcoming National Solar Tour

October 1-2, 2022 (Saturday & Sunday)

Any solar owner can be part of this terrific program to help educate our communities about going solar. By signing up, you are inviting folks to stop by your property and learn about your solar panels - how long have you had them, what you like about them, how you chose your installer, etc.
